On Saturday, we went to see Mighty Machines at Chicopee. The kids climbed on a crane, a firetruck, an ambulance, a big rig, a zamboni, a cherry-picker, and a school bus. Then they helped to lift up a tipped-over tanker truck by pulling on a rope. The place was wild--imagine about 40 vehicles in one area, where kids are constantly blowing their horns ad hoc (and ad nauseum), some vehicles turning on and making various noises, airplanes and helicopters flying over, and hundreds of kids! Yes, it was fun for all and we'll definitely go back again some day.
